Dear Patient,
Since January of this year, our general practice has been located at our new premises in the City Centre of Veldhoven. After more than 16 years of working with great pleasure at Kruisstraat as part of Gezondheidscentrum De Bolzen, it was time for a new step.

With the move to CityHuisarts Homa, we have opted for more space to further develop the practice and improve our service to you. A modern practice not only offers a pleasant environment but also more opportunities to make care more personal, efficient, and accessible.

We are now more than six months on. We look back on this period with great satisfaction. The practice is starting to take shape more and more, new work processes have become well-established, and we notice that many patients appreciate the new location and its accessibility. Naturally, we will continue to work on further improvements to our service and accessibility.

We will continue to invest in digital services, short lines of communication, and personal attention in the coming period. Our goal remains the same as always: Good, accessible GP care where you as a patient are central.

We would like to thank all our patients for their trust, their patience during the transition to the new practice, and the many positive comments we have received in recent months.
